Because I started watching Doctor Who as an adult none of the episodes have really "scared" me. The season four episode Midnight probably has the scariest premise in my opinion. I am highly claustrophobic! And almost this entire episode takes place in a very confined space. This was much more of a psychological thriller than an out right "jump out of your seat" scary episode.
I do not have just one funniest overall episode, but there are parts of episodes that I found hilarious. My favorite is probably when the Doctor was poisoned in The Unicorn and the Wasp. When Donna and the Doctor meet again in Partners in Crime.
In The Doctor Dances when the Doctor and Jack are comparing their sonic "stuff." Eleven, Amy, & Rory have had some funny moments as well. I could keep picking funny moments forever! But I will stop here.
Hands down...Journey's End. Donna's last episode. I literally cannot count the number of times I have watched this episode and I cry every. single. time.
John Simm was a brilliant Master! The three "Master" episodes, Utopia, The Sound of Drums, & Last of the Time Lords were my favorite episodes of Season 3. And then his return in The End of Time was perfection.
I hate to say it but Season Five is probably my least favorite season. It just took me a while to get used to the Eleventh Doctor. I have never re-watched this entire season and that is how I gauge like-ability. I do re-watch certain episodes, mainly The Time of Angels, Flesh and Stone, & Vincent and the Doctor. I do now really like the Eleventh Doctor and Amy & Rory. They won me over!
Season Four is probably my favorite! It is the one that I re-watch the most. The Doctor and Donna are just great together. I also loved River's introduction!
The End of Time David Tennant's swan song. When he finally regenerated it was just heart breaking. I love that the Doctor was able to tell all of his former TARDIS mates goodbye. The Tenth Doctor's final words were "I don't want to go!" I certainly did not want him to go either.
