Apparently, a lot of Doctor Who fans hate
River Song.
I was not aware of this until I started looking
into this category.
I happen to love River!
I love the fact that her timeline is out of order.
It makes her episodes much more interesting.
Her introduction in
Silence in the Library & Forest of the Dead
is probably one of my favorite two-parters.
I do not even mind River and the Doctor's relationship.

I did not like River the first...several times I watched through the series. She's grown on me a LOT. I still don't like the River/Doctor ship, he's *meant to be with Rose,* but I accept it. And now I love River. Because she shoots people and doesn't feel bad about it.
ReplyDeleteI am a HUGE shipper of Rose and the Doctor but I think River and the doctor both need each other,because both Rose and River were with the doctor in his darkest hours and Rose found her doctor,and the real doctor was left with no one who even had a chance of understanding what he must bear until he met Donna but eventually even she had to leave.To me River was the only one who could ever truly understand what the doctor went through.
