and i am NEVER overdramatic.
I had an exam tonight that was 20% of my grade.
I spent all day studying. {not to mention how much I studied this weekend}
I get to class ready to take the test.
When the girl next to me asks:
"So, are you ready for the test?"
Me:
"As ready as I will ever be."
Girl:
"How did you write your cheat sheet?"
Me:
"OMG!"
See the professor allowed us to have a single sheet of paper with any notes we could fit on it to use on the test. And I COMPLETELY forgot about it. I do not forget things like that especially when it comes to school. I am totally kicking myself in the bum right now. I know I missed some questions that I would have gotten if I had a frigging cheat sheet. Of course, professors make exams a little harder when they allow you to use "cheat sheets." I really need to take something to improve my memory.

That sounds like something I would do! I'm bummin' for you!
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry! One time I took a SUPER easy class - a humanities class - and on the first three tests I got nothing less than a 98. Then for the final, I had like 4 hours to study, so I thought I'd lay down for a few minutes to rest...and woke up 10 minutes before the final! I wound up with a low B average - that's how bad I did! So yeah, I feel your pain. Stupid mistakes! Do you use a planner? That always helped me.
ReplyDeleteOh no!! That stinks! Hopefully all your studying paid of regardless!
ReplyDeleteEEEK. I'm sorry! Like the lovely lady above me said...hopefully the studying will pay off!
