We signed a lease!!
FINALLY!
After looking at more than a dozen houses, we found the perfect one for us.
The house has:
3 bedroom, 2 bath.
an extra room that we are going to turn into a library.
{between the 3 of us we have 11 bookcases and need to get 2 more
can you tell we like to read a little bit?!}
2 car garage with storage and an attic above the garage for extra storage.
a huge fenced-in back yard with a patio.
a great place for a flowerbed in the front of the house!
{i love to get my hands in the dirt...i guess it comes from my farmer heritage}
The best part of the house is that the rent was
$200 less than our budget!!
I do not have any pics to share
because someone is currently living in the house.
But I will definitely post some when we move in August.
